Access DC - Change Username / Email

Step 1: Sign In to Access DC
Navigate to: https://accessdc.dcra.dc.gov and sign in with your current credentials. Upon successful sign in you will be placed on the Access DC Dashboard. From the Dashboard, expand the options menu by clicking your name in the top-right of the screen. Select Settings.
Step 2: Edit Personal Information
Name, username, and email information is in the Personal Information section. Click Edit to update attributes.
To change the username and email, which are always the same, change the email in the Primary email field and select Save.
A verification email will be sent to the new email and after the verification link is selected, the username and email will be changed to the new value. Check your Clutter, Junk, or other Spam folders if the reset email cannot be found in your Inbox.
Important Note: Users of the Citizen Access Portal and ProjectDox applications should email DOB Support (support@dcra.mail.kustomerapp.com) after successfully changing their Access DC username / email and request that their emails are updated in those systems. The sample email below may be used as a template:

From: Original email (prior to Access DC change)
Subject: Access DC Username Change
Message Details:
I have recently changed my Access DC email from: _____________ to: ____________. Please update my email address in the following application(s) so I can sign-in with my new Access DC email:
1. Citizen Access Portal
and/or
2. ProjectDox
