For security purposes, DOB personnel cannot see or retrieve any Access DC passwords. If you cannot recall your last password, it may be reset by:

Step 1: Navigate to Access DC

Navigate to: https://accessdc.dcra.dc.gov and click the 1) Need Help signing-in? and then the 2) Forgot password? links under the Sign in button. 

Step 2: Initiate Reset Password

Enter Email/Username and select Reset via Email to have a password reset link emailed directly to you. 

 Step 3: Retrieve Email and Reset Password

Check Inbox for email from Access DC with instructions on resetting your password. Check your Clutter, Junk, or other Spam folders if the reset email cannot be found in your Inbox. More information on resetting your password can be found on the Access DC Help page: https://dcra.dc.gov/accessdc.
